Who are we?

PADI IDC KL is hosted by Scuba DoBeDo Divers, PADI 5 star Instructor Development Center. The IDC is led by PADI Silver Course Director, Tom Chan. Our IDC is conducted in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

We conduct IDC in both part time classes, catering to weekday evening classes and weekend full day training class; and also full time daily 10 day program at Kuala Lumpur city center.

Tom has been an avid scuba diver since 2000. He is the founder of Scuba DoBeDo Divers, a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center. He turned PADI Instructor in 2008, and has been teaching scuba courses for 15 years. He was recently promoted to PADI Course Director status in 2022.
